Message There is a big sport compact event locally (doesn't happen often here) so I'm going with a bunch of friends. Details are here [ www.quakercityraceway.com ]

I will be tracking the z, and was wondering some things.

1. Race gas- what's the deal, what octane should I buy, etc. I know they have 110, 114, and he said something about getting something in special for this weekend.

2. Boost- looking at my mods, what boost do you think it would be safe to run tonight? The races start around 9pm, so it may be under 70 degrees. I have run 15 before without problems... if I run my tank real low and get some high octane there do you think 16 is too high? The thing is I'd like to set it before I get there, and that requires trial and error, on 93 octane. Will I detonate at 16?

3. Tire pressure- I'm running 265 falkens on 18's... should I drop the pressure down? How far?

Just trying to get the best times out of it without too much screwing around (or blowing up).

Thanks for any help.

Stage something, 14 PSI.

Any Ohio Zer's hit me up on AIM, mkddoc or PearlS14OH. Email at Mkddoc@aol.com
